Made with 52-percent polyester/48-percent 5-ounce cotton duck fabric creates a smooth draping effect, soft texture and easy maintenance. The Scallop Valance is constructed with a 3-inch rod pocket and 2-inch decorative header. A solid natural color lining finishes it off. It measures 70 inches wide; length is measured overall 16 inches from header top (ruffle above the rod pocket) to bottom of panel.
