These rugged caps are electrostatically treated and finished with a high temperature paint for added corrosion resistance. Large openings in the spark screen mesh present less draft restriction than the smaller mesh common to other caps, optimizing draft and reducing the chance of creosote blockage. All models are completely assembled welded construction and all are "blowout proof." The Combo model has metal tabs that distribute screw pressure to strong chimney tile corners. Secure installations with only 1" of exposed tile liner.
